I tell you a story : my first travel to Japan, 7 years ago, I was very early in a market somewhere. Seeing littles bun under a counter, I ask one to the lady. Obviously, she did'nt want to sell to me. Until I understoud they where all fausse. Every day fresh !!!! The real one was not ready yet !

Do you know *the croissant* came to France, from Austria, vith Marie Antoinette. The croissant was *created in commemoration of the victoty Over the Ottomann.
I had to study a bit for one of my culturel window *Bread*, for a fiest in Echallens * la fête du blé et du pain*, for one pharmacie client !
