Found in books

In a book in the second-hand bookstore, the William Blake poem about seeing the world in a grain of sand -
In a book from another age, with lovely endpapers -
 and a William-Morris-style title page -
William Henry Hudson (1841-1922) was an author, naturalist, and ornithologist. His best-known novel is Green Mansions - wonder if anyone reads it nowadays?

Wonderful finds, nothing in comparison with the cuttings, threads and other ephemera that I leave in library books for others to find!
